What you buy

One audit of what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews (plus Perplexity where reachable) tell customers about your business, in English and Arabic, delivered as a bilingual report with a fix list and a 90-day plan. Price: USD 390 (about KWD 120), paid 100% upfront by card on our order page.

When work starts, and the delivery window

Work starts on the day your intake is complete: payment has cleared and we have the intake details listed on the audit page (your names in Arabic and English, website and Google Business Profile, top services, competitors, and anonymised customer questions). We confirm that day by email, with the date the report is due: 5 business days later. Business days are Sunday to Thursday, excluding Kuwait public holidays.

Refunds

Cancel before work starts: full refund. Until we have confirmed that your intake is complete, you can cancel by emailing hello@atmitli.com (or replying to your payment receipt) and we refund the full fee.

If we miss the delivery date: you can cancel before the report reaches you and we refund the full fee.

Once the report is delivered: no refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

What we do not promise

AI answers change between runs and over time. The audit measures what the engines say during the data window; it does not guarantee rankings, citations or mentions.

The 90-Day AI Visibility Program

Price: USD 2,900 (about KWD 890), paid 100% upfront by card on our order page. The 90 days run from kickoff: the day payment has cleared and we have your intake and the access you choose to give, which we confirm by email.

Scope: everything in the audit (or your existing audit as the baseline); a kickoff baseline of your question set on ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, plus Claude where reachable; the fixes on your fix list implemented on up to 10 website pages and up to 10 profiles or directory listings (where we have no access, we deliver the changes ready to publish); re-measurement at the end of each month; a before-and-after report at day 90; and replies to support requests within one business day (Sunday to Thursday).

Not included: paid advertising, a new website build, or any guarantee of rankings, citations or mentions.

Cancel before work starts (before kickoff is confirmed): full refund. Once work has started: no refund.
