Atmitli Terms

These terms govern your use of Atmitli. Atmitli is a Kuwait-based venture; its commercial registration is in progress and these terms will be updated with the registered entity details on completion. By using the service you agree to what follows.
1. What the service is
Atmitli installs a supervised workforce of AI agents inside your organization. Agents are trained on how you work and earn autonomy only through a measured track record. Customer-facing chat is one surface among several (internal operations, decision support, knowledge management, coordination, and reporting).
2. Human-approval model — no unsupervised sends by default
By default, agents draft work and a human on your team approves every send. Nothing reaches your customers without a human signature unless a specific capability has graduated to autonomous mode on a measured record, and even then any unusual or high-stakes case escalates to a human. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are sent under your approval.
3. AI output — accuracy and your responsibility
AI-generated drafts can contain errors. Atmitli provides tooling to catch mistakes at the human layer, but the final decision to send any communication rests with you. Atmitli is not liable for content you approve and send.
4. Your data stays yours
You retain ownership of your business data, documents, and the drafts produced for you. Atmitli processes this data only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and returns or deletes it on request. Sub-processors and data residency are listed in the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, to impersonate others without authorization, or to process data you have no right to process. We may suspend the service for use that violates these terms or applicable law.
6. Billing
Fees are quoted and payable in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD). Setup fees are one-time; subscription fees are billed monthly. Proposals and quotes are issued per engagement; payment is by invoice and bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Taxes, if any apply, are added to the stated amounts.
7. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and incident status are published at /status. Support is provided by email during business hours; specific service levels, where offered, are stated in your proposal.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atmitli's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Atmitli is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لـأتمتلي. أتمتلي مشروع مقرّه الكويت وسجلّه التجاري قيد الإصدار، وستُحدَّث هذه الشروط ببيانات الكيان المسجّل عند اكتمالها. باستخدامك الخدمة فإنك توافق على ما يلي.
١. ما هي الخدمة
يبني أتمتلي داخل مؤسستك قوةَ عمل من وكلاء الذكاء الاصطناعي تحت الإشراف. يتدرّب الوكلاء على طريقة عملك ولا يكتسبون الاستقلالية إلا بسجلّ أداء مُقاس. والواجهة الخارجية للعملاء سطحٌ واحد من عدة أسطح (العمليات الداخلية، دعم القرار، إدارة المعرفة، التنسيق، التقارير).
٢. نموذج الموافقة البشرية — لا إرسال دون إشراف افتراضياً
افتراضياً يصوغ الوكلاء العمل ويوافق أحد أفراد فريقك على كل إرسال. لا يصل شيء إلى عملائك دون توقيع إنسان، إلا إذا تخرّجت قدرة محددة إلى الوضع المستقل بسجلّ مُقاس، وحتى حينها يُصعَّد أي أمر غير معتاد أو حسّاس إلى إنسان. وأنت مسؤول عن مراجعة المسودات قبل إرسالها باعتمادك.
٣. مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي — الدقة ومسؤوليتك
قد تحتوي المسودات المولَّدة على أخطاء. يوفّر أتمتلي أدواتٍ لالتقاط الأخطاء في الطبقة البشرية، لكن قرار الإرسال النهائي يقع عليك. أتمتلي غير مسؤول عن محتوى تعتمده وترسله.
٤. بياناتك تبقى لك
تحتفظ بملكية بيانات عملك ومستنداتك والمسودات المُعدّة لك. يعالج أتمتلي هذه البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة فقط، كما هو موضّح في سياسة الخصوصية، ويعيدها أو يحذفها عند الطلب. وتُدرَج المعالِجات الفرعية وإقامة البيانات في سياسة الخصوصية.
٥. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمة لإنتاج محتوى غير قانوني أو مضلّل أو ضار، أو انتحال هوية الغير دون تفويض، أو معالجة بيانات لا يحق لك معالجتها. ويجوز لنا تعليق الخدمة عند استخدام يخالف هذه الشروط أو القانون.
٦. الفوترة
تُسعَّر الرسوم وتُدفَع بالدينار الكويتي. رسوم التأسيس لمرة واحدة، ورسوم الاشتراك شهرية. تُصدَر العروض والأسعار لكل ارتباط، والدفع بالفاتورة والتحويل البنكي ما لم يُتّفق على غير ذلك. وتُضاف الضرائب إن وُجدت إلى المبالغ المذكورة.
٧. التوافر والدعم
نسعى لتوافر عالٍ دون ضمان خدمة بلا انقطاع. تُنشَر الصيانة المخطّطة وحالة الأعطال على /status. ويُقدَّم الدعم بالبريد خلال ساعات العمل، وتُذكَر مستويات الخدمة المحددة — حيثما تُقدَّم — في عرضك.
٨. المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، تقتصر مسؤولية أتمتلي الإجمالية على الرسوم المدفوعة في الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة. وأتمتلي غير مسؤول عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية.
