Common questions about pricing
Why is this priced higher than chatbots?
Because it isn't a chatbot. Atmitli is an organization-wide intelligence layer across six surfaces. Customer-facing chat is roughly 10% of what your fee covers — the other 90% is internal operations, decision support, knowledge management, cross-department coordination, and reports.
How long does deployment take?
Pipeline duration varies with the size and complexity of your organization. Discovery and department head interviews are 30 + 20 minutes per head. The audit, scoring, know-how mapping, and knowledge-base build are largely automated. Expect 1–2 weeks from first interview to your AI team watching and learning on live work.
Can I start with one department and add more?
Yes. Start with Starter (one department) and upgrade to Professional (three departments) when you have evidence the AI is producing value. The pipeline runs again per added department.
What happens if AI gets it wrong?
Three layers of protection: (1) Tier 3 capabilities are hard-refused before reaching the agent, (2) Tier 2 capabilities draft for your department head's approval — nothing sends without a human, (3) Tier 1 capabilities are spot-checked by your department heads and roll back to supervised mode if accuracy slips. Mistakes get caught at the human layer.
