What questions do you test for a property manager?
Questions owners and tenants actually type, built from your intake: by area (for example Salmiya or Hawally), building type, rent collection, maintenance and fees, plus direct questions about your office by name. Each is asked in English, MSA, Gulf dialect and Arabizi, and repeated.
Is this about our property listings?
No. The audit measures whether AI assistants name your office when owners look for a management company, and what they say about you. It does not list properties or advertise units.
Which AI engines do you check?
ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, plus Perplexity where it can be reached without an account (if it still asks visitors to sign in, we mark it “not run”). Every question is asked in English, MSA, Gulf dialect and Arabizi, and results are reported separately, because the answer changes with the language.
Do you guarantee we will appear in AI answers?
No. Nobody controls these answers, and anyone who guarantees them is guessing. We measure where you stand, show what the engines rely on, and give you the changes most likely to help. Listing and page fixes can show within weeks in engines that search the web; answers from a model’s memory change only when it is retrained; competitive Google rankings usually take 3 to 6 months.
What do you need from us?
A short intake: your names in Arabic and English, website and Google Business Profile, top services with price ranges, 3 to 5 competitors you lose customers to, and 10 to 20 customer messages with names removed. Logins are optional.
How long does it take, and can I get a refund?
